From the apartment, it’s not far to work or studies in Lyngby or with a half-hour train ride to Copenhagen city center.

Everything is well-maintained: Recently, a new refrigerator has been installed in the kitchen, and in the bathroom, the bathtub has been re-enameled, the shower fixture has been replaced, a new faucet and toilet have been installed, making it hygienic and fresh. The front door is also new - a strong safety door with a sturdy lock. Holte is a very safe place to live also.
